This case involved an application by the respondents to remove a liquidator appointed by the Courts upon the winding up of the company on the basis of inter-alia conflict of interest. In this unusual case, the liquidator had allowed 2 persons to attend the committee of inspection meeting. The Court ordered the removal of the Liquidator under s232(1) of the Companies Act 1965. Further, an issue was raised as to the altering of the Form 75 of the Companies Act 1965.
