This is a case on infringement of copyright and action against the defendants for inter-alia passing off, and breach of fiduciary, where Plastech successfully proved this case for inter-alia passing off, breach of copyright, wrongful taking and using of Plastech’s proprietary information, breach of duty of confidentiality and breach of fiduciary duties by the Directors/ Officers.
