Victor began his career in the banking industry before joining an established firm as a paralegal in 2012. Thereafter, Victor was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and has continued to practice in the same firm until the year 2021 when he established the Law Office of Pang & Jennifer Teh. Victor joined JCW as a Junior Partner in April 2023.In his years of practice, Victor has represented numerous corporations and individual clients in courts and possessed vast experience in handling cases involving a variety of legal disputes and commercial cases.
