Chooi Peng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Upper Honours) from the University of Leicester, England in 2000 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in January 2003.

Chooi Peng has conducted a wide variety of contested general litigation cases and has a vast experience in banking and commercial litigation, probate and administration actions, Will writing, estate administration and management as well as estate disputes which involve trusts law.
